1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Zoyizo Products Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our own digital products under the conditions outlined below.

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase if you face a genuine issue related to product access or delivery.

No unnecessary questions will be asked once eligibility is verified.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Zoyizo-owned digital product, please contact us at:

  • Registered email address used during purchase

  • Order ID

  • Payment confirmation or screenshot

Once we receive and verify the required details, your refund request will be reviewed.


3. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund will be approved only if:

  • You did not receive access to the digital product via email or WhatsApp, and

  • Access could not be delivered through either method even after verification

If access cannot be provided after confirmation, a full refund will be issued.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Access to the product has already been successfully delivered

  • Issues arise due to an incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the customer

  • The customer fails to check their inbox or spam/junk folder after delivery

  • Refund requests are made after the 30-day refund period


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method


6. Affiliate Product Refunds (Important)

Zoyizo may promote third-party products through affiliate links.

  • Zoyizo does not handle refunds, payments, or access issues for affiliate products

  • Refunds for affiliate purchases are subject to the vendor’s or marketplace’s refund policy (e.g., ClickBank, WarriorPlus, JVZoo)
